Matthew Glathar, MD

Dr. Matthew Glathar joined Lincoln Nephrology in August of 2011. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Glathar received his medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Chicago, followed by Chief Medical Resident at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County. Dr. Glathar completed his Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Dr. Glathar is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.

Dr. Glathar is the medical director for the Home Dialysis of Lincoln. His clinical interests include home dialysis, stone disease, and glomerulonephritis. He and his wife, Lisa, have toddler twins. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his family, golf, travel, explore the Lincoln dining scene and support the Huskers.
